You’ll be sure to enjoy a peaceful outdoor experience, while being protected from the sun, rain and insects. The room is fully constructed with cedar and is highlighted with the exposed rafter look. Our porches also have removable fiberglass screen panels and a fiberglass screen bug barrier beneath the floor.

The available flooring options are the same as a deck. TimberTech, cedar & premium grade pressure treated are the most popular choices. Our 24″ tall kneewall is constructed of tongue and groove cedar on the interior and cedar lap siding on the exterior. Our electric package includes 4 interior outlets, 1 exterior outlet, a floodlight or coach light, a light and fan hook up as well as all necessary switches. We match shingles, gutters and downspouts, when style/color is available. Permits, plans, and inspections arranged by Deck Masters.
